Please complete all questions on the application in full and list a veternary name and number even if it is a past vet.  If this is not completed, your application will not be considered.​

Before you adopt please know that we stay co-owners with the animal . We require the animal to be returned to us if you decide you don't want it any more. We do a home visit before adoption and 3 within the first year (This is not negotiable).

ADOPTION AppLICATION & FEES

All of our animals have received the basics; spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations , heartworm tested and are micro chipped.  We also invests thousands of dollars a year into providing all the necessary vet care the animals need before being put up for adoption.  Our "cost per animal" is much higher than our adoption fees.  The price you pay to take home an animal is a critical source of income that helps provide the resources we need to give the homeless animals in our care a second chance at life.

Our dog adoption fees range from $50 to $400 for most dogs.  Fees are listed in the dog's information details on our
website. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, Distemper/Parvo vaccination, Rabies vaccination (where age permits), deworming, heartworm test (treatment if neccesary)  and microchip with registration and 1 month revolution.  Many of our dogs receive dental cleanings, fracture repair, kennel cough treatment, etc.  We strive to provide all the care the dog will need before sending them off to a new family and have open communication with our adopters about what care the dog may need in the future.
